Shipping
- Free Shipping: All items include free untracked shipping via standard mail.
- Packaging: Orders are packed in sturdy cardboard envelopes to ensure your stickers arrive undamaged.
- Tracked & Express Options: If you’d like tracking, we offer different options through selected providers. We also offer flat-rate express shipping, no matter how large your order is.
- Processing Times: Orders are processed within 48 hours (Mon–Fri).
- Delivery Times: Standard Australia Post delivery times apply.
Returns & Refunds
- 30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day full money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your sticker — because we know you’ll absolutely love it!
- Return Process: To start a return, please log into your account and initiate it via your Orders page.
- Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in unused, resellable condition.
- Custom Stickers: Due to their unique nature, we cannot provide refunds for custom stickers if you simply change your mind.
Wholesale Orders
Looking to order in bulk for your fleet, business, sporting club, or social media brand?
- Minimum Order:
- Standard wholesale: 25 stickers per design, colour, and size
- Large wholesale (250+ stickers): minimum drops to 10 stickers per variation
- These minimums are not negotiable.
- How to Apply: Please fill out our contact form with details of your project. Include:
- Design brief
- Quantity
- Colour
- Size
- Mockups: If you have a mockup, please email it directly to [email protected]
Online Terms & Conditions of Sale
By placing an order with Stickafix, you agree to the following terms:
- Definitions:
- STICKAFIX PTY LTD ACN 675 885 337 trading as Stickafix
- “Product(s)” means any Stickafix products available for sale on this website.
- “Customer” means the person placing the order.
- “Contract” refers to these terms and conditions agreed upon between SF and the Customer.
- Orders & Formation of Contract:
- Orders are subject to acceptance by Stickafix.
- Acceptance is confirmed via email at Stickafix’s discretion.
- Stickafix only delivers within Australia.
- We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities.
- Pricing & Payment:
- Prices are listed in AUD and include Australian taxes.
- Free shipping applies where advertised; otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Payments can be made via credit card at checkout.
- Prices are valid online only and may change without notice.
- Delivery:
- Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
- Acceptance of Goods:
- Products are deemed accepted unless Stickafix is notified in writing within 30 days of delivery.
- Title & Risk:
- Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon physical delivery.
- Liability Limitation:
- Stickafix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:
- Replacement of goods,
- Repair of goods, or
- Refund of the purchase price.
- Resale:
- Products are sold for personal use only.
- Resale requires express written permission from Stickafix.
- Force Majeure:
- Stickafix is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, equipment failures, etc.).
- Governing Law:
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
